Shamrock and the project manager Jacob oliver really made this process simple. I was nervous about opening a claim, and they made it a piece of cake.
I called Shamrock to come out to address a leak in my garage. Mr. H***** arrived later that day to do a full inspection of my property. Once he was done he showed me pictures of the damages of my roof and where the water was getting into my garage. He helped me file a claim with my insurance to get them to replace my roof. Once that happened Shamrock had materials dropped and started putting on my roof. I’m so thrilled that they helped me from start to finish and now I have a brand new roof with no leaks.
