I worked with Chance who cold approached me. He did a great job and took care of all the insurance and was able to turn it around very quickly. I love the new roof, there was some items I wanted them to fix on it and they fixed them same day. I am happy with how it all turned out!
I spoke with Sam P**** about some roofing stuff and he explained everything amazingly and it really felt like he understood the craft and everything to go along with it. Any questions I had he was able to awnser and walk me through everything and I never felt pressured to buy anything. He listened to my questions and concerns and never made me feel stupid for not knowing something.
They were very quick and still did an excellent job.

Our project Manager, Jacob Oliver was very efficient. He gave us a thorough estimate and spent time answering our questions and addressing any concerns we had. Jacob met with our insurance adjuster and got the project approved quickly. The crews were fast and efficient and cleaned up our property once the job was completed. We are very pleased with Shamrock Roofing and highly recommend Jacob and his crew.
Super happy with the final result. Initially, I had a very nitpicky issue with some flashing that was installed. The project mgr, Will L, handled it like a boss. He didn't make me feel bad for mentioning it, and made it his mission to fix/change it. Looks great. Would do business again.

He was always attentive in getting back to us with any questions and patient with our inquiries. He wasn’t pushy as some folks in his line of work can be. He didn’t try and sell us something we weren’t looking for. Top notch all the way!
