It’s an expensive investment with many choices, many unknowns and a myriad of companies to choose from. They all promise basically the same thing. In our subdivision we were limited to a few colors and styles of shingles which narrowed down the process. Good referrals can provide some assurance, particularity when supported by the the person you will be dealing with and is your key contact representing the company. I recently had my roof replaced. I worked with ********************* from the beginning through to the completion. He was professional while also being very personable. He made it easy to understand the whole process. He filed the report with the insurance company and was present when the insurance inspector came to check the roof. He gave me notification when the material was to be delivered. He was also here on the morning of the replacement. The roofers did an awesome job. There was no debris anywhere in the yard after th... read more

Shamrock roofing came door to door & offering inspection. We let ******** did the inspection. We had enough damage to replace & he got the claim started with insurance all in the same ****************** was overall a great rep but kind of pushy when it came to getting things submitted right away to insurance as well as when it came to waiting on insurance to send payments. He called insurance to get information on payment without my prior knowledge. When I told him that I would let them know when I would receive the payment.... read more
