David B. was great to work with. He was respectful and responsive to all my questions and concerns throughout the project. So glad that I answered the door when he stopped about review of my roof. I had filed a claim with insurance earlier and they said they couldn’t find any damages. Shamrock marked all the damage locations so when adjustor came out there was no issues getting claim through this time. I contacted Shamrock after having issues with my insurance company in covering my roof for hail damage. My project manager Adrian W******* supported me throughout the entire process going above and beyond in his communication and work to ensure that we were covered. Then once we got it approved the Shamrock team was able to schedule the job quickly and complete the work in one day. I would definitely recommend Shamrock for anyone in need of a new roof.

We could not be more pleased with the job Shamrock Roofing did in replacing our hail-damaged roof. First, one of Shamrock’s project managers, Javier Contreras, alerted us to the possibility that our roof might have hail damage like other roofs in our neighborhood that Shamrock had inspected. After Javier confirmed that to be the case, he then worked directly with our insurance company to make sure our claim was complete and in shape to be approved. Communication was excellent. Salesman, Sam S*******, was outstanding, courteous, and very professional. He was easy to work with. The performance of the workers was outstanding. Roof was removed and new put on and clean up was excellent. Would recommend Shamrock to others who need a roof.
