I just had a new roof, gutters and downspouts installed by Shamrock Roofing. They did a great job and we are 100% satisfied! Sam S*******, the project manager for the replacement did a great job. He worked with the insurance adjuster and helped me get the insurance claim filed. He did a great job communicating every step of the way. The crews doing the work were very professional and friendly. The work was highest quality and the did a very detailed clean-up. David B. was great to work with. He was respectful and responsive to all my questions and concerns throughout the project. So glad that I answered the door when he stopped about review of my roof. I had filed a claim with insurance earlier and they said they couldn’t find any damages. Shamrock marked all the damage locations so when adjustor came out there was no issues getting claim through this time. I contacted Shamrock after having issues with my insurance company in covering my roof for hail damage. My project manager Adrian W******* supported me throughout the entire process going above and beyond in his communication and work to ensure that we were covered. Then once we got it approved the Shamrock team was able to schedule the job quickly and complete the work in one day. I would definitely recommend Shamrock for anyone in need of a new roof.
