I recently had my roof replaced. I worked with ********************* from the beginning through to the completion. He was professional while also being very personable. He made it easy to understand the whole process. He filed the report with the insurance company and was present when the insurance inspector came to check the roof. We had enough damage to replace & he got the claim started with insurance all in the same ****************** was overall a great rep but kind of pushy when it came to getting things submitted right away to insurance as well as when it came to waiting on insurance to send payments. He called insurance to get information on payment without my prior knowledge. When I told him that I would let them know when I would receive the payment.... read more
