I was very impressed by the professionalism of the sales staff. ******, my consultant, walked me through the entire process from assisting me to file a claim to being on sight several times during the install and then walking around my house after the build to insure that the cleanup was done properly.The crew that came to do the build was very conscientious and focused. ****** is an excellent Rep. *** Shamrock. He kept me updated on the project and ensured me that the crew would be professional. I was concerned about the clean up of nails and debris. He told me that the team would do a great job and they did. I loved the fact he keep in touched from start to finish. ****** rocks

Great. The whole process of getting a new roof was seamless. ***** made it simple. Color selection was easy, Deciding on a upgrade made sense and saved money on our insurance. The whole process was exactly as described and performed according to schedule including gutter installation. ***** handled all insurance and banking coordination. Clean up was thorough including their acknowledgement of damage to a sprinkler head. Highly recommend.
