Shane and team were outstanding. When you called, he was available, none of this AI, robot, answering the phone or worst a different person every time. If you call, he picked up or texted to let you know he was going to call back if he was on the other line. It was a smooth process and when a curve ball was thrown our way, he responded immediately to make sure it was taken care of.
