Shane Smith is a breath of fresh air!! I really had no idea what to do when it came to refinancing and I was a little nervous when I found out my loan officer was male. I've dealt with a lot of financial advisors in my life and found that most of the male officers were a bit intimidating and frankly a little abrupt and scary. Shane is the complete opposite! I am so HAPPY that Shane helped me!! Shane was professional at all times. Shane made it easy from beginning to end. He did all of the work. Trust me when it’s time to refinance or buy a new home Shane will be the only one I’ll call. I have never had a lender make it so easy and I have brought and refinanced a lot in my life .

Shane was exceptional to work with. Appreciate that Shane was able to help me with the refinance when Navy Federal Credit could care less. Very thankful for Shanes experience and responsiveness. Shane has been amazing and seriously the best part of this process. This was my first time buying a home and he kept me calm, answered all of my questions, emails, and phone calls quickly, and just made this process better when everyone else was making it tough. What a breathe of fresh air, Shane made this entire process so easy. It is usually so stressful dealing with lenders, paperwork, deadlines, etc... this was a walk in the park.
