I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Shanks!! We went to the Peters Road location to have our son's wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Shanks explained the procedure and aftercare clearly. He took time to addressed all questions and concerns without making us feel rushed. It has been a week and our son has experienced ZERO pain from the procedure! Dr. Shanks should be your first choice especially if you have "dentist anxiety".

I’ve seen Dr. Shanks on numerous occasions and I’ve ALWAYS been impressed with his demeanor and his willingness to accommodate his patients! My circumstances complicate things and I’m usually embarrassed but he puts me at ease and makes me feel as if I am the most Important patient he has. Highly recommend.

Dr Shanks took my sons wisdom teeth out today and he called tonight at 9pm to check on him to see how he was doing. Any Dr that will take time out of their busy schedule to do this shows their patients that they truly care about them and their well being. Thank you Dr Shanks and staff for exceptional service.
I never made to my visit. My doctor referred me and the ladies in the office waited till two days before my appt. to start giving me a hard time. It felt more like they were talking me out of being seen. No one was helpful. I took off from work in advance and they refused to see me. Very unorganized and unpleasant experience before I even stepped into the office. Very unprofessional.
