I am a relatively new patient and am so impressed with the friendly, honest, and community-minded practice. Everyone at the office works to establish rapport with the patient and create a welcoming environment. Ethan is easy to talk to and does amazing reconstruction on teeth. I would give zero stars if possible. After being a client for several years, enjoying what I thought was a good relationship, today I was told either I under go and pay for a unnecessary and unwanted medical procedure or leave! What happened to these guys? Changed from reliable family dentists office to money grubbing thieves. Really sad they lost sight of what matters, client service. Screw the patients needs and wishes just bill bill bill!
I have never had such care taken to make sure I, the patient, understood everything from the cleaning to the payment. Dr. Neuschaefer explained to me what was causing my tooth pain. He made recommendations for a course of action in terms I could understand and he answered any questions I had. Ethan was so patient with me in explaining what was going to be covered by insurance. He even printed out for me my coverage. Yes I have found my dental home with Weldon Spring Dental.
Everyone at this office offers exceptional customer care and treatment! Ethan was extremely patient and helpful at the front desk, and thorough with my cleaning. Dr. Neuschaefer is also very kind and skilled. I’m so glad to have found this practice in the area!
It had admittedly been a few years since I have been to a dentist but I’m glad I finally went here. I have a lot of dental anxiety, but everyone I saw was so kind, Stephanie and Dr. Kyle were great during my cleaning. When I ended up needing fillings, Dr. Kyle and Ethan was able to fit me in same-day and they’re really the best fillings I’ve ever gotten. I swear I dozed off while getting them.
