Shannon was consistently on top of making sure she did whatever work was on hand at the time and, notably, making sure I was informed of the progress even if there was nothing that I myself needed to do in regards to it. She was also on top of making sure I reviewed/signed whatever online documents I had to and, if I missed anything (which happened a few times) she would inform me as quickly as possible. She answered any and all questions I had along the way clearly and concisely. I couldn't have asked for better!

Shannon is what made the experience great. She not only took the time to explain things clearly, give wise counsel and worked to expedite the process, but also scanned my required documents into the system for me. This ensured accuracy, improved timeliness and eliminated my requirement to upload documents into your system which reduced my stress level since I do not have a scanner or the technology to do this. I highly recommend her.
