I forgot a lot about the process and Shannon guided me and answered all of my concerns and questions and made us top priority night or day. His feedback and timing was always in a matter of minutes, he reassured us, made it the simplest and easiest and we had very few tasks on our part, everything else was left to him and his team as I relaxed and waited to sign papers. I loved this journey of saving money and having him make it possible....THANK YOU ALL!!

Buying a home is stressful in the best of times, but adding Covid-19 lockdown makes the situation even worse. We were never able to meet in person, but Shannon helped us over the phone and by email to understand the process thoroughly and answered all our questions every time we had questions. We felt like he was in our corner from the very beginning, and unbeknownst to him, alleviated a lot of stress for us. Thank you, Shannon.

I have applied for numerous mortgages over the years. Working with Shannon at Churchill Mortgage was by far the best experience I have ever had. He was very professional, proactive and prompt! The underwriters at Churchill also use common sense in requesting documents...they didn't "need" my 20 year old divorce decree and Judgment like previous mortgage companies. I will certainly recommend Shannon at Churchill Mortgage to family, friends and everyone else!

Shannon took the time on multiple occasions to call me and explain exactly what each loan was and why or why not it would be good for my family. Both my wife and I learned quite a bit from Shannon. I would highly recommend Shannon in the future. We currently have newborn twins, so juggling purchasing our first home on top of that was a struggle, or so you would think. Shannon removed all worries that we had when it came to purchasing our house.
