Felt there could have been a bit more hand holding and more elementary terminology could have been used to explain step by step process. Cash out amount changed too many times and I didn’t feel clear about why. Overall he got the deal done

Well, he gave me great advice on what bills I should consider consolidate. I was thinking the higher bills, but he arranged in a way that I would be getting rid of the higher interest rates, and also helping my credit score by paying down credit card. That's just one that come to mind. Overall I really think he was trying to help, when most people just be trying to get a check.
