This was my second time working with Shannon, first was the home purchase and second was refinancing for a better rate. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were actually trying to refi with another agent due to work giving us incentives, and I regret ever making that decision. Best experience I've ever had refinancing a home. Everyone that I had contact with was pleasant and super helpful. I never had to follow-up, the team keep me informed and update through the entire processs. Going through a major personal issue in my life at the same time as the Refi.
