Buying our first home using guaranteed rate could not have gone better. Shant went above and beyond with different houses and looking at our budget. He was extremely responsive, nice, and helpful. Him and his team worked hard getting us pre-approved right away and then closed extremely fast! On top of that he got us a much better then average rate even while rates are high!
