Stephanie and her team at Spire were extremely helpful and quick to act when requested. Any time I was unsure about anything Steph was able to answer my questions. when we were getting ready to look at potential homes they were quick to get us the best options for the loan. when we found that with market changes we were unable to offer on a certain location Steph was able to work magic with the numbers to be able to make an offer. in the end she was helpful across the board all the way through closing.

Stephanie did a great job helping us through the loan process amidst a turbulent environment of rising interest rates, selling our old home, and of course the infamous Denver CO housing market antics.
