I felt heard and cared for. I also find the fees charged were a bit over a the top leaving me with a lot less than I anticipated. Other than that the lawyer fought hard for me .

This place helped me big time
The staff were polite and professional throughout the process, and I appreciate the work done on my case. However, the overall experience became very stressful due to long delays and limited communication regarding the status of settlement funds. Timelines repeatedly extended without much clarity, which made it extremely difficult to plan important life arrangements. While the outcome may ultimately be positive, the process itself caused a significant amount of uncertainty and frustration

I have found the associates I’ve dealt with to be easy to talk to. Understanding and helpful. My claim was for mental health issues and as much as society has accepted and supportred the insurance companies and many employers have not. I am to the point where most days I am non functional, but that isn’t considered an illness. Share lawyers are helping me get what I may deserve

Its clear the insurance companies and the lawyers have some kind of mutual agreement. The insurance companies don't pay put full settlements, Lawyers make some money and client gets a little pay off to keep them happy. Bit of a pseudo-racket if you ask me but you get something. I would not recommend if you have a very very seal proof case against an insurance company and you are 100% you would get 100 %.
