My experience with Share was good. Only thing I would suggest is that you don't tell the client the amount you are going to go after until you know for sure. I was told a way larger amount but am happy with what I got.
I would not recommend Share Lawyers to anybody based on my experience. Throughout the process I felt unimportant and misled and in the end received a tiny fraction of the settlement that I was hoping for. As a result I ended up devastated both emotionally and financially. There may very well be some very competent, honest and caring law firms willing to help you out there somewhere, but in my opinion Share Lawyers isn't one of them.
I hired Share Lawyers because I was denied long-term disability benefits that I was legitimately entitled to. The lawyer assigned to my case was extremely professional and talented. He made short work of the lawyer representing the defendant, and I got the best outcome I could have hoped for. A word of advice. If you are unable to work because of an undiagnosed issue, don't wait for a diagnosis. Call Share Lawyers immediately after you realize that you are not going to get what you are entitled to. You'll be glad you did.
Share Lawyers helped me with my LTD settlement about 10 years ago I think . From my first phone call I felt valued , understood and I didn’t have to travel from Sudbury to Toronto except at the end . Share Lawyers firm were very supportive and helpful. Especially from time to time they send you supportive gifts and disability information. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because my compensation way before my expectation which got me really depressed. But I will still recommend them!

After the initial meeting - which took a long time to get to - I was shocked at the revalation of what my case could be instead of what I assumed it would be. Very vague information up front until after I signed on with my case.
