Slumlords! Bill and his daughter Lauren are terrible people! Weasels! I've rented from them for the duration of a 3 year contract and I'm less than 3 weeks away from finally being rid of them. But they still play their games. I asked them to do a walk through with ME before I move out so they could see the property was in far better shape than when I moved in. Rented a "house" from Bill Sharp. Flooding, mold, nice moldy air circulated from a hole in the floor under the air handler he refused to fix and door falling out of rotting frames onto people's heads barely missing the baby playing in the floor. Dishwasher broken. He refused to fix it or remove it from property. I had to buy a new one. I left it in the house when I escaped.
