Sharyn Dicarlo is hands down the best loan officer. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, ridiculously fast and efficient, and has impeccable customer service. I've never had such a smooth and actually pleasant mortgage experience prior to working with Sharyn. She's thorough, quick and very pleasant. I am a lifer now with Sharyn!

Sharyn is the best loan officer, she is very proactive and provide you each and every information you need to know about your loan. She is always available by text, phone or email, due to my super busy schedule I was not able to communicate with her during normal business hours but she always quickly answered my question even in odd hours. If you are looking for new mortgage or refinance, she is the best.

Sharyn Dicarlo was amazing! The thought of buying my first home was terrifying enough as it was, but having to do it while deployed to Afghanistan, would have been 10,000 x worse, if not for her.
