Fast and made long distance work. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure nothing gets dropped in process for wire transfers. We asked and were told their would be contact. We had contact with 3 different people but no one sent wire transfer information even though we asked toward closing date. I received an email from one of the representatives 2 days prior to signing asking if I sent funds. It all worked out, but this was a drop in the process. But great overall!
