Shaun and his team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, especially since my case was slightly more difficult (at least to me) they handled it like champs, explained everything extensively, were prompt in responses never had to chase them, and were SO pleasant the entire time. Never treated me like I was a burden or bothering them. I would refer anyone I know that needs assistance to them!

I would have like to have seen more initiative to get a better rate after locokonh in due to “anticipated rising rates” based on experts. I initiated the request and believe it wouldn’t have been lowered had I not. I wanted to pay an additional cash payment down roughly 3 days before closing. I would have liked to have had a more transparent explanation giving me the choice to pay more and possibly delay closing or not. Instead I was informed my request would not be allowed by the gov’t.

The loan service was painless because of the extremely detailed and easily followed instructions of what was needed from me.
