Shaun's willingness to go above and beyond. He did some serious research and a little investigative sleuthing just to make sure my deal would go through. Shaun worked with us quickly and kept us up to date. We had one item from the appraiser that needed to be done before closing and he worked with us trying to get it done and through quickly so we could get closed.

Shaun and his staff (especially Amber) were diligent with details to ensure loan approval. Prior to reaching out to Shaun, three different lenders had denied our loan application, but Shaun found a way to make it work! The process was challenging, but no one gave up. Thus, we have our dream home of a lifetime!
