Shawn handled everything with a calm, but certain demeanor, answered all of my questions as they arose, and kept us informed the whole process. We offered and closed in i think 42 days, and there were multiple hiccups along the way, and it was the smoothest ride ever. Rock star Shawn will get it done!

I was referred to Shawn. The house I really wanted to own became available and I didn't have a down payment to work with. Shawn got some information from me and within a couple of days outlined how I would be able to finance the house. From the first phone call there was action and feedback practically every day and I closed on the house about 45 days after the first contact. I couldn't be happier with the process or the result. Shawn is great. This is actually the second time we have went through Shawn for lending purposes. He was very informative, honest and responsive. He always responded back within less than 24hours and often times within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and versed in lending. He was available to answer all our questions timely.
