Shawn was very helpful and always eager to help us. I have been using Shawn for a long time as my preferred lender for my clients. I decided to use him (USA Mortgage) for my personal loan for only the fact how dedicated to service Shawn is. I could have went with other banks with less lending fees and a better interest rate but I appreciate the vast amount of work Shawn delivers to me & my clients.
