Shawn was very helpful throughout our entire process and made it really enjoyable and fun. He answered all of our questions and was incredibly responsive. We couldn't have been happier with him and Valerie! We are so appreciative for their work and would recommend them to anyone.
Some extra cost came up on the house I was selling and Shawn was able to adjust my loan for my new house so I could still afford to move. That took a lot of stress out of the situation.
I already had began the process of buying our new home through another lender. During that time I connected with Shawn and he was able to go above and beyond in terms of the rate he delivered and the expediency he and his team displayed so that we could make the purchase of our home happen. Incredibly satisfied with the entire experience.
I dread moving and the whole mortgage process, but Shawn and his team made it an easy experience. He was always available for questions in the lead up and has kept in contact with us long after the process, providing great customer care. If I move again, Shawn will be my go to for a loan.
