Shawn is FANTASTIC! We could not have asked for a better loan officer! She was in constant communication with us throughout the entire home buying process, and was always there to answer any questions we had along the way or review documents. Since this was the first time ever purchasing a home I had no idea what to expect. I had been informed by several that sometimes it was a huge hassle , however meeting Mrs . Dunning and dealing with Embrace was obviously the right choice ! It was smooth and everything was upfront . I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a now home to go through Mrs. Dunning and her staff , Professionalism Would be and understatement.
