I worked with Shaun Durant on an investment property in Houston, Texas. We live in California, so it was a little challenging to arrange the closing right before Christmas. He was super patient and helped us navigate the approval, required documents, and final closing. Great communicator and very knowledgeable about the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to help them purchase a home out of state.

Shawn and his team were able to give me two different options and were able to close in the middle of July after some delays due to the times we are in now. Before all the madness started, we were lined up to purchase a house and keep an existed but then the crash happened and we had to explore different options.
