Everything was great up to the closing. Check was late arriving, Seller had to wait an extremely long time to receive it and we left without our packet of information because it would have taken too long to get all of the docs copied (later had to get it off of our Realtor). Seemed like a lot of redundancy to have signed everything digitally and have to have it all signed again at closing.
Shawn and his team were able to get the loan completed in 30 days. Smooth and seamless. And the buyers are in their new home.
