Better instructions on the Folly website would be great as well as more of a verbal communication rather than emails all the time I understand we're in a pandemic however since we can no longer do face-to-face verbal communication I think would be more so important nowadays opposed to just emails

Shawn was wonderful to work with. The entire staff was great and responded quickly to any inquiries I had, and also kept me informed of the status of my application. However, the portal was really difficult to work with and not at all user friendly. I literally had to take papers to the office to be scanned because the portal was not accepting them in a sequence - it would repeat the same paper over and over. It was very frustrating at times, but speaking with the staff was a help.

Things explained to clients better. Just because a client doesn't need further payment assistance doesn't mean they can't get it.

As closing approached we weren't notified of a problem until days after it had happened. The error cost my family a days pay b/c of changes to the closing date. That would have been understandable, not ok but understandable but the support staff attempted to deflect their portion of the error to our realty team. In these circumstances a customer isn't interested in who else knows about the problem if it isn't communicated to us. Owning up for your mistake is being professional.
