Shawn helped us navigate a cash out refinance transaction. We waited until the rate and terms we needed were available and then the transaction was easy.
Shawn was there with us to the finish off our re-fi, guiding us thru the whole process, especially the tech parts that we were unfamiliar with. He was efficient with our time and got the job done in quick time. I have recommended Shawn to a couple of my golfing buddies for re-fi considerations.

Shame on me. Shawn has done this before a couple of years ago yet it took two doses of awesomeness for me to leave a review. All I can say is that I should have called Shawn first.
