Can’t say enough about Shawn and his team. The over communication and weekly check ins from Shawn and / or the are something that makes you feel comfortable through the whole process. Not only do they follow up through the process weekly, they check in on you multiple times after everything has been finalized.

Shawn has been amazing to work with. He is very passionate about taking care of his customers and it comes through over the phone in every conversation. He answered all of my questions and shared his advice based on his vast industry experience and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I especially liked that he set clear expectations and the entire team worked around those expectations to ensure we moved things along in a timely manner. You won't regret working with Shawn and his team, I would highly recommend him.

I was referred to Richard's team by my realtor from a few years ago. Richard was engaged, personably, friendly and professional. His team was clear, ready and willing to handle all of my numerous questions. This was a great experience. After doing this kind of thing 8 times before this was BY FAR the best and most enjoyable experience of them all.

My first loan with Shawn was roughly 3-years ago and it was awesome experience . This time around Shawn and his team did a fantastic job working though my refinance. Switched from a 30-year to a 15-year, removed PMI and could not be happier. Shawn always answered my questions in record time (and i ask a lot of questions) and in terms I can understand.
