This was our first home buying experience and was great with Shawn and his team! He explained every step very well and communicated weekly. I didn’t feel we missed anything in the process and was even able to close locally. Would use Shawn again if needed.

Can’t say enough about Shawn and his team. The over communication and weekly check ins from Shawn and / or the are something that makes you feel comfortable through the whole process. Not only do they follow up through the process weekly, they check in on you multiple times after everything has been finalized.

I was referred to Richard's team by my realtor from a few years ago. Richard was engaged, personably, friendly and professional.
