I was wary about this refinance because I felt like I was never given the truth about certain opportunities from the beginning. Despite my initial thoughts, I went with Shawn as my refinance lender anyway, mainly because I had a good experience with Bank South as my previous broker. After closing, I almost changed my mind, but decided against it because of the hassle involved.
