I had a complex mortgage situation where I was not only refinancing my personal residence but also two additional investment properties. Shawn Wood and his team, guided me thru the whole process and we were able to close the loans. The home loan was a straight refi and the other two I was pulling some of my equity in the investment properties.

We had a situation where our lender backed out on us last minute due to issues with my wife’s income. When we began talking with Shawn we were legitimately concerned that we may not be able to close on time.
