Sheila was absolutely wonderful!!! I will definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone who would need her services. Sheila was so helpful and always there when I needed her for any and every question/concern. Sheila is definitely on top of her game and even our realtor commented to us at our closing that working alongside Sheila was an absolute pleasure. She is he best!!!!

I had been working with another lender on a complicated transaction. I begun to realize they weren't being honest with me {because of how it would change how much they got paid} when I was getting slightly different answers to the same question. Sheila was extremely helpful and supportive during our home buying process. Us like other homeowners, felt like we were stuck in a home that we outgrew. I first heard about Sheila from my realtor who recommended her based on her ability to guide first time buyers through the mortgage process and also based on how smoothly closings went with Home State Bank based on experiences his clients had with them. If it wasn't for Sheila I don't think I would have got my house. She walked me through the process and helped me out in every way she could. She went to bat for me when others walked away! She is the best and I would never use anyone else. I have given her name out to several people and told them my story and how she helped me when no one else would! She has integrity and you don't find that very often in today's society. I can't praise her enough!!!

We initially used Sheila to help us with refinancing our existing mortgage. She had come highly recommended by a friend.
