Shelby was very quick to respond to emails, and very friendly and personable. He helped us get the best interest rate for our home loan and we really felt like he was looking out for us throughout the whole process. As a first-time home buyer, Shelby really put me at ease with his professionalism and it made everything much less stressful on my end. I highly recommend working with him.

Shelby did a great job and was very knowledgeable. This was my first time buying a house and he gave me all the info and got me a great rate. He also was very easy to contact and very responsive to phone calls and emails. I would recommend him to anyone in the area.

I've working with Shelby on two home purchases, and will continue to work with him. Whether it's determining a plan to better your credit before purchase, or Shelby's level of transparency and communication, or the simple fact that he can nearly get anything done and in a great timeframe. What can we say aside from, Shelby was amazing to work with!!! Shelby Monaghan was so very helpful with me when I was purchased my 1st house. He would make time to answer my phone calls & text me anytime of the day. He will get you the best rates and works very hard to give you the best deals! Being a first time home buyer, which I had many questions. Shelby got me the answers I needed to purchase my house.
