I went to Shell Plastic Surgery to have a keloid scar removed from my ear. They not only worked with my insurance (Tricare), but they also were excellent during the whole process. The procedure was fast and painless with little to no scaring. The nurse even pierced my ears for me after I completely healed. Each and every staff member was super nice and helpful. I highly recommend!
