Shelly was very helpful in my first time homebuyers experience. She listented to what I wanted and did not try to push me out of what I was comfortable with. I had many difficulties with the lendors, etc. and Shelly was very kind and helpful through the process. She consistently made me feel that my issues where her concern too and that there was no problem with me seeking her guidance/assistance. I would highly recommend her services.

If you need to buy a house, sell a house or rent I would highly recommend Shelly Stallings! I needed a house in a timely manner and with certain specifications. Shelly is a very friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile for you type of person. Even after we were in a contract on the house we were buying she went to the house to let in our carpet people so they could take measurements to put in new carpet as soon as we would close on our house. This house is way out in the country too so, like I said she is willing to go the extra mile for you. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home!
