I cannot recommend this place more. They were VERY accommodating when we had an last minute addition to the party. The atmosphere and food was perfect. Service was fabulous. And, it was very COVID conscious ... they have tables spread out and around to ensure safety. Every time I return to HHI I am coming to Elas, and if you are seeking a nice, relaxing, fabulous meal done with taste and class ... you will not find a better place on the island for it than here.

Service, food, atmosphere was top notch! A great find.
Omar was our waiter and he was wonderful.
Only issue was no fans on the deck where we were sitting.
Overall very good and we will return. First time dining there and while we were seated outside for the nice view - we were on an end that had some kind of mechanical equipment below us which was a bit loud. Also there were a bunch of gnats there and no ceiling fans like most of the outdoor tables under the canopy have so we will specifically ask for other seating next time. Well worth the trip but “newbies” beware!
Brunch during long weekend visit to the low country - beautiful deck view of the harbor perfect for any occasion . Smoked salmon BLT is a hardy portion so bring your appetite.
Food was excellent. Seating a bit too tight upstairs. Service perfunctory downstairs due to running up and down which is tough on servers. We were there twice. Tuna was fabulous, really thick, cooked perfectly. Husband had scallops on creamy, heavenly risotto. Second time we had steamed lobster over risotto which was also delicious. But the lobsters arrived before we had even sipped our first sip of wine!
