Food quality was fine, but the flavors were not as robust as we have enjoyed at other fine dining type restaurants. Our server was high energy and the pace of our experience felt rushed. If I’m paying $500 for dinner for 4 to celebrate a special occasion, I would return to Palmetto Bluff for dinner. I would give the restaurant a 3-3.5/5 stars. Ela’s is always a fantastic experience. From the incredible menu selections to the ambiance and service followed by the outstanding meal. We love Ela’s On the Water and highly recommend to everyone.
Food was fabulous as always. Drinks were not served in a timely manner. Had to remind a staff member and they were delivered along with appetizers.

If you want great atmosphere, great service and even better food, you need to go to Ela's on the Water.
Our first visit to Ela's. We went for Sunday Brunch. We were seated promptly. Our drinks (Bloody Marys) were very good. The place was busy and one server had called in ill but the sole waitress was outstanding. Three of us had omelettes and the fourth had French toast. All was outstanding!
The food and service were fantastic. We were one of only a couple tables seated outside but our server was still very attentive.
