This place is awful!! I don’t recommend a vet that turns people away and they are supposed to be a hospital. Greenville has better vets and won’t turn you away.
Animal owners beware! This business treats their customers without respect or compassion or even understanding. My almost 70 year old father who does not have a cell phone to call upon arrival for his appointment, walked into the office after knocking on the door with no answer, and was accosted by the employee and then was kicked out of their practice by the veterinarian. What kind of customer service is this?

We understand that COVID 19 has made all of our lives more difficult and we understand frustration with the limits placed on all of us by the Governor's restrictions placed on businesses. We are following the Governor's orders as we must to keep our doors open. Your father threatened to punch our receptionist in the face and called other staff filthy swear words. While I understand frustration, I will not put up with attacks on my staff or myself when all we are trying to do is help people with their pets.
after reading how they treated an EMERGENCY . or I should say didnt treat an emergency because they were in a "meeting" I will NEVER take my animals there. this treatment speaks volumes that they are NOT in it to help animals!!!!
Last night I called their emergency number because I had a dog that was in immediate assistance for care for bloat. I was very disappointed that I was told they would not see my dog because I was not a current client that I had to take him to Grand Rapids and they do not deal with cases of bloat/twisted stomach. I needed to take my dog to Grand Rapids. I am a good 1 1/2 -2 hours from Grand Rapids sorry to say my dog did pass last night because I could not get any care from any vet on a Sunday.
