I could not ask for a better experience during my service visit to Sheridan Nissan. I had an annoying noise while I was driving. It was not loud, but I did no know what it was. The service advisor ( I did not get his name) asked the service supervisor to look at my car so I would not have to wait a long time. The service supervisor, Mike, could not have been more caring and professional. He took my car for a ride and when he could not identify the noise, took a ride with me. Sheridan Nissan customer service was very professional and courteous during my visit. Bill, my service representative, worked me into their schedule, otherwise, I would have had to wait until midweek for an appointment. My car was nice and clean inside and out upon pickup. They provided shuttle service to and from my home during service . Being a first time customer I recommend them for o timely and prompt service.
Amazing experience. Staff was so helpful walking me through the steps since this was my first time taking my car as a new car owner. They were kind and patient and kept me updated throughout the process.
Service at Sheridan has always been great. I count on Mike and his team to keep my truck in top shape and they have never let me down.
