I'm so sad Dr Conklin sold out to a coporation. Most everyone I knew is gone. I will say Dr Olsen has gone above the call and duty to help my boy Buddy. I will stay with her for Buddy. My other fur babes I will use Dr Applebaum. Dr Olsen is wonderful! But I have a problem with the corporate part. I want my vet to have some freedom. Not shackled to a system like I am with my health care.

We do miss Dr. Conklin very much! We appreciate your kind words about Dr. Olson, she definitely loves her job! Unfortunately people have a very different view when it comes to Corporate though. We make all decisions in house as we always have, so there are really no "restrictions". All of our Doctors have the freedom to practice medicine with the best interest of the pets in mind.

Per their new rules I scheduled an appt for my dog. I arrived early and another customer walked in after me. They delayed my appt and instead took the one behind me. I asked about the time slotted for me, and was told, they only have 1 Vet on today and she would be with me shortly. I was then left in Rm #3 for 15 - 20 mins waiting. If they aren't going to honor the appt time, why demand one?!? Update: Gave them another try and this time it was with another pet. Flying colors this time! I love this place. I have major social anxiety (probably why I have so many dogs) but I have never once felt weird here. The staff is so sweet, and understanding. We have been through several major surgeries with them and they were amazing. We love the groomer too. I know they treat everyone the same but I always feel like I'm special there, they call and check on the dogs as well as send email reminders for everything, I need that!

I have not visited since the change of management because I live an hour away. I love Dr. Fielstra and all of the support staff! Very helpful, informative and friendly! They have gone above and beyond to help me during an emergency situation and I will be forever thankful! Definitely recommend to anyone
