Per their new rules I scheduled an appt for my dog. I arrived early and another customer walked in after me. They delayed my appt and instead took the one behind me. I asked about the time slotted for me, and was told, they only have 1 Vet on today and she would be with me shortly. I was then left in Rm #3 for 15 - 20 mins waiting. If they aren't going to honor the appt time, why demand one?!? Update: Gave them another try and this time it was with another pet. Flying colors this time! I love this place. I have major social anxiety (probably why I have so many dogs) but I have never once felt weird here. The staff is so sweet, and understanding. We have been through several major surgeries with them and they were amazing. We love the groomer too. I know they treat everyone the same but I always feel like I'm special there, they call and check on the dogs as well as send email reminders for everything, I need that!
I have not visited since the change of management because I live an hour away. I love Dr. Fielstra and all of the support staff! Very helpful, informative and friendly! They have gone above and beyond to help me during an emergency situation and I will be forever thankful! Definitely recommend to anyone

The staff were very professional and compassionate toward my sweet Kaylee when I had her spayed. Jess answered all my questions and made some excellent suggestions after Kaylee picked me to be her human. � Thank you! Keep up the great work!
Dr Olsen is one of the best care providers. Her attention to detail and the care for the patient and the parent is the best I have ever experienced.
First time there went in late on a Saturday they were wonderful plan to keep going there for a long time.
