Sherlock did a small carpeting job for me today. I chose them because of their great local reputation. Don D was a great salesman, straightforward and knowledgeable. Our experience with the team that installed our new engineered hardwood floors was OUTSTANDING! Every single person we dealt with was kind, polite, efficient, and extremely hard working. I recently used Sherlock to carpet my entire upstairs which was 3 large bedrooms and a hallway. I'm usually someone who has to find something negative with everything. I do NOT have one bad thing to say about the entire experience. Lisa, my saleswoman was superb and it was such a smooth process from her initial measurements to picking out our carpet.
