1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality 1.5 Star : Customer Service I called to get an update and left a voice mail. I never recieved a call back for several days, until 36 minutes from closing telling me that my car was ready and I could pick it up by 4. I had them lock the keys in the car and when I picked up the car it looked like a rat got inside and chewed the seats, so I had to create another claim to fix this.
