In all reality, whenever your brand new vehicle is tied up in a shop for 1.5 weeks, it’s hard to be completely satisfied....BUT at the heart of it all the dealership didn’t manufacture the vehicle. The Sherwood Team did a great job given the circumstances. The service manager recognized my frustration and did everything that he could to expedite the process. Your service area is efficient , friendly and they get the job done well. I waited in the waiting room and that was relaxing and enjoyable. Overall I find the prices decent, the service excellent.
