I generally never write these reviews. But.. I’ve used Sherwood Nissan’s sevice center about 4 time’s over the last 6 years. Initially, I assumed all “dealerships” are money driven businesses designed to pressure people and charge top dollar for their work.. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by their open, honest dialogue. i needed winter tires for my 2016 Juke, the person i delt with at the service counter showed me the options and pricing. within 15 minutes we had the tire package and payment completed and i was out the door, easy! I shopped around prior to going to Nissan, you had by far the best deal.
Sherwood Nissan has the best service dept. Friendly knowledgeable service dep staff and competitive prices. I’ve moved away from Sherwood Park but still get my vehicle serviced at Sherwood Nissan.
Excellent and fast service. I had no appointment and drove into the service bay. Discussed my service requirement, gave them my keys. Walked through the vehicle show room and the lot looking at the new models. Went back into the waiting area for a bottle of complimentary water and my vehicle was complete with complimentary exterior wash as well. Completely satisfied customer - as usual - at Sherwood park Nissan. I recommend you to everyone for quality and service. Thankyou.

We were blessed to meet Matt Kitchen. He was so helpful and open with us that we felt very comfortable with him through the entire process. Everyone we met at Sherwood Nissan was very nice and will recommend them to others. The service was completed satisfactorily, no waiting when I arrived, the work was completed when it was promised, the staff were both efficient and friendly, the waiting area was clean and peaceful.
