I wasn’t expecting to have to wait outside in the Express Lane, 2nd in line, for 75 minutes. I did expect a long wait once checked in. Matthew was outstanding, he stayed incredibly calm considering how busy it was and they were short staffed.
Service was prompt, complete and interaction with service staff was both friendly and professional.
