I had minor attention given to further service. Waiting for parts and then the service for it. We shall see. Up to now its been excellent!

I had an appointment at 7:30 am. I needed rotors , brake pads ..ect..( found out what was wrong with my vehicle). I was upset at first because I just had them done not too long ago,.. but anyways I needed them done and everything was instock. James the service writer was awesome!

Nicholas was fantastic! He has a calming effect on "nervous Nellies" customers. I had my first new battery put in & I was worried that I would lose all my pre-sets. Turned out, I did not lose anything. All the staff at Sherwood Nissan are wonderful & very helpful!!
