It’s my second time to bring in my vehicle to dealership. 1.Service was awesome, there was an extra visual check on my vehicle- 2. Service advisor looks like she’s not aware on my concerns why I was at service; charging me more than what I supposed to be. 3.Overall, nice to be at dealership but can’t find the staff who sold me the vehicle.

Haven't driven my new Nissan Rouge very much yet - just picked it up yesterday. But what I have driven and reviewed I love it so far. The staff at Sherwood Nissan get gold stars from me - friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell.
Went in for an oil change through the express lane, took a lot of time but was satisfied with the work.
Had my car detailed; everything right to the cup holder was cleaned and buffed! Appointment was on time and my vehicle was ready when they said it would be.
