Great first service experience with our new Rogue for roof rack installation. Service advisor Cass was very pleasant and personable. She confirmed service to be done and if there were any other concerns. I mentioned a couple of squeaks and a sensor issue with pro pilot cruise. Squeak Issues addressed,The sensor issue awaiting Nissan direction. The racks look great and vehicle was ready as promised. The complimentary wash and Uber rides appreciated. Very pleased overall with this service appointment.

We were both really happy with the service that Scott gave to us being a little stressful getting the car and driving down from grande prairie to Edmonton but when we got there and seen the car was everything he said it was for a decent price we were very happy with his honesty and integrity when it came to selling us this vehicle we are now very happy to have for my wife, thanks Scott👍
